Downtown San Antonio living has become a hot topic in the last few years. Our mayor, Julian Castro launched a push for the "Decade of Downtown" and there have been many apartment developments built, townhome and condo communities springing up, a complete revamping of Hemisfair under way, and the completion of our river system through downtown known as the Mission Reach and the Museum Reach. We even have a new H.E.B. grocery store that will be under construction soon at the corner of Cesar Chavez Blvdand So. Flores streets.

The Vidorra - a luxury class 146 unit highrise development completed in 2009 is walking distance to the Riverwalk, theatres, shopping, restaurants. The Judson Candy Lofts - 84 sleek urban lofts located within walking distance to the Riverwalk, the King William Historic District, the Blue Star Arts Complex and a short trolley ride to downtown San Antonio.
Camp Street Lofts - The site was originally the Duerler Candy Factory. Linda Pace, of ArtPace San Antonio restored it to a residential building with gardens and a view of the city.
