Janie has been a Realtor since 1975.  She has seen many cycles in the real estate industry.  Starting her career in Houston, TX, she saw the rapid growth and change that occurred.  She was very active in the older residential neighborhoods and experienced the rebirth of all of the urban areas.  She represented several builders selling them tear-downs for new spec construction.  San Antonio is on the verge of this type of re-development and she is excited about all of the possibilities.

Janie appraised real estate for several years while living in Houston.  This experience brings with it a wealth of knowledge in assisting buyers before making their offer as well as assisting sellers in getting their homes priced right to sell quickly!

Janie and her husband live downtown in the Vidorra, a beautiful new highrise in the San Antonio skyline.  They love being able to walk out their front door and experience all that downtown San Antonio has to offer.
